Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 8 oz penne or rotini pasta (cooked al dente)
– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
– ¾ cup sour cream
– 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
3. Fold in cooked pasta, shredded chicken, half of the mozzarella, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top and finish with crumbled bacon.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
