Ingredients
• 1 ball store-bought pizza dough (or 1 thin crust flatbread)
• 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)
• 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
• 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it for 20–30 minutes.
2. Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a thin circle or rectangle on a lightly floured or semolina-dusted surface.
3. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly.
4. Spread Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
5. Add the cooked chicken, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over the top.
7. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet, stone, or steel.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
9. Add fresh parsley on top before serving, if desired.
Notes
• Add spinach or broccoli for extra color and nutrients.
• Swap chicken for turkey or grilled shrimp for a twist.
• Use a tortilla or flatbread for a super quick 8-minute version.
• For extra flavor, finish with a drizzle of garlic oil after baking.
