Ingredients
1 package gnocchi (potato or cauliflower)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Boil gnocchi for 3–5 minutes until they float. Drain and dry.
Toss with oil, salt, and spices. Place on parchment-lined tray.
Use a glass to gently smash each piece.
Bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway.
Notes
Air fry at 400°F for 14–16 minutes if preferred. Add parmesan or dip of choice when serving.
