2 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
2 salmon fillets
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small steak (8 oz)
Veggies:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Optional Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
½ tsp paprika or chili powder
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare your ingredients. Toss proteins and veggies with oil and seasoning.
3️⃣ Cook: Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
• Chicken: 15 minutes (flip halfway)
• Salmon: 10 minutes
• Shrimp: 6–8 minutes
• Steak: 8–10 minutes for medium doneness
4️⃣ Check for doneness. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (for chicken) and 145°F (for fish).

For extra crispiness, lightly spray with oil halfway through.
