Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 85/15
  • 4 –5 Yukon Gold potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown beef with onion, garlic, and seasoning.
  • Layer beef and potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Repeat layers and top with cheese and olive oil.
  • Cover with foil; bake for 35 mins. Uncover and bake 20 mins more.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
