Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Place bread cubes in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, spice, and vanilla.
Pour custard over bread; soak 2 hours or overnight.
Bake for 45–55 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before serving with toppings.
